About the ghost of Tsushima

• In the late 13th century, the Mongol Empire laid waste to entire countries in their campaigns to defeat the east. The island of Tsushima is all that stands between mainland Japan and a massive Mongol invasion fleet led by the ruthless and cunning General Hotun Khan.
• When the island burns after the first wave of Mongol attack, Samurai warrior Jin Sakai will be one of the last surviving members of his clan. He is determined to do whatever it takes, at any cost, to protect his people and reclaim his home. He must put aside the traditions that have shaped him as a warrior to forge a new path, the path of a ghost and wage an unconventional war for Tsushima's freedom.

• Shimura - Shimura is the jito (Lord) of Tsushima. He is a samurai, as well as an uncle and father figure to Jin. He has trained Jin since childhood in the traditional ways of the samurai, and is increasingly concerned with tactics that Jin begins to adopt, leaving his teachings behind and becoming a ghost.
• Khotun Khan - Khan is a Mongolian general and leader of the Mongolian army that invades the island of Tsushima. Khan is a ruthless, cunning enemy who will use everything he knows about the samurai to try to destroy them. He is a brutal, relentless opponent that Jin quickly learns not to underestimate.
