Ship of Fools is a cooperative sailing game where you play fools, the only creatures. The great lighthouse that once protected the archipelago is broken, and a storm of malice and corruption rages on.
Together, you and your shipmate will hop aboard the Stormstrider and make your journey across the sea. Alien cannons ready to sail and protect your ship from sea monsters in a few runs. You must protect your home from the almighty aquapocalypse.
In the layout, Ship of Fools is a game about taking out your shining enemies with mighty cannons as you defend your ship. Inspired by modern classic roguelites and made for co-op, you'll want to bring your first deck partner and enjoy the paddle of combat as you unlock new trinkets and artifacts to help you save the world from disaster.
Designed for co-op play, frantic combat encounters with the terrifying Storm creatures will test your teamwork. Work together to protect and repair your ship, combine item effects in powerful combinations, and make sure you get back on your mate if you don't want to become fish food.
Uncover lost treasures and outlying shops across the islands of the archipelago, but plan your moves carefully! As you chart your path through the sector, the eternal storm shifts and changes, blocking your paths with fury. You will need to adjust your course in response to the movements of the storms and decide when you can ride to find out what is hidden inside the storm.
Stranger your ship as a solo sailor, fight your way through dangerous waters and keep the glory for yourself, the ship of fools offers solo play as well as multiplayer. When they sing in old sailor songs: sometimes it's better to be out of command than to be dysfunctional!
