About Pro Cycling Manager 2021 PC

• Extensive Career Mode - In the Pro Cycling manager career mode, you can create your own team or manage an existing team and take it to the top.
• You are the sporting director of this team and are responsible for making the best decisions: Rider Recruitment: Build your dream team based on your results. Sponsorship: attract sponsors to increase your budget. Finances: You need healthy finances to keep the trust of your sponsors and recruit new riders. Hardware: Manage your R&D team to improve your hardware and deliver the best performance. Recruitment: You also need to hire your own staff (coaches, scouts to discover new talents and doctors) to help you manage your team. Training: Send out scouts to uncover future cycling stars and manage your development team to potentially put them on a pro team.
• Climb to the top in Pro Cyclist mode - In this mode, you create your own racer, join a team and improve your skills to try and win the most prestigious races in the world... The Yellow Yellow Jersey awaits!
• Achieve the goals set by your manager to stand out and increase your negotiating power for future contracts on your team... or elsewhere. Be careful with bad career decisions! The Pro Cyclist mode has a skill tree to level up your rider based on completed goals.
• Once you have proven yourself, you will be the leader of your team like Primoz Roglic, Tadej Pogacar and Thibaut Pinot. Your teammates will work to help you.
• System of new goals - We have revised the goal system to make it more realistic and offer you more freedom. You can now set any number of targets for all of your riders (but too many targets will definitely affect their fatigue). But you will have to constantly re-evaluate your choices during the season because unforeseen circumstances (fatigue, calendar changes, etc.) will affect the morale of your riders.
• We've also developed new AI to manage rider goals and improve the distribution of leaders in important races of the season. This new system also includes changes to the conditions and fatigue system: race types counted in terms of fatigue management, with some races and conditions more demanding than others: classic with cobblestones, weather, competing for ranking in the general classification in Multi - Race day.
